Review of @TraceyMallett "Cardio Fat-Blasting Circuit Workout | Tracey Mallett- Get Your Body Back Phase 1" YouTube Workout



Today I will be reviewing Tracey Mallet's "Cardio Fat-Blasting Circuit Workout | Tracey Mallett- Get Your Body Back Phase 1" YouTube Workout.

There are several Tracey Mallet workouts on the Lionsgate BeFit channel. It doesn't appear that it has the whole DVD on their channel, though.

So, I didn't just have a baby - I have teenagers! But I was looking for a short workout this morning before I do a longer workout. I thought I would give this a try. I'll give my opinion in a pro/con list.

PRO:
  • Good warmup
  • Short but sweet
  • Uses light weights
  • Got my heart rate up!


CON:
  • Kept picking up the weights then putting them down.
  • Tedious push up sequence. I really didn't like the slow push ups. 


So I guess the pros do outweigh the cons! 

I would do this again, if I needed a quick workout. I wouldn't label it as one of my favorites, but it definitely woke me up this morning!
