Review of @Anchor_Bay "10 Minute Solution: High Intensity Interval Training" HIIT DVD, Part 2

10 minute solution dvd high intensity interval training review

This DVD has been on my want list for a while. It didn't actually make it to my wish list until recently because I was concerned about the impact on my not-so-strong knees. I decided to give it a try when there was a recent price drop at Amazon (affiliate link) (though it looks like it is up to its regular price while I’m writing this), and I’m glad I did.

Yesterday, I did HIIT 101, Upper Body HIIT, and Rock Bottom HIIT, and they are in my last posted review. The two I did today were:
  • HIIT Explosion – Starting off with jumping jacks, this workout didn't have a lot of modifications. The plyometric moves made me happy that I was only doing them for twenty seconds at a time. It was doable, but difficult.
  • Ab HIIT – Of course, this part of the workout had a lot of floor work. It wasn't all crunches, though. There were a lot of plank-type jumping or twisting, and there weren't a lot of modifications offered. Sometimes, I modified it myself and just went slower. I could do enough that I didn't feel totally discouraged.
Would I do 10 Minute Solution: High Intensity Interval Training (affiliate link) again? Definitely. I would probably do the first three, as these last two offered few modifications. But all of these workouts were a good challenge for me.
