Review of Leslie Sansone's "Walking the Walk (w/DVD): Getting Fit with Faith"

Today I am reviewing the DVD from Walking the Walk (w/DVD): Getting Fit with Faith (affiliate link) by Leslie Sansone.

I picked up this book a few months back because it came with the DVD - sadly, I haven't even cracked the book open except to get the DVD out! So this is a review of the DVD that came with the book, and not the DVD itself.

The steps are fairly routine for Leslie's workouts. If you have done any of Leslie's workouts before, you should be fine. I like the mix of people that she has working out with her. Not everyone is skinny! There is a segment called "Meet the Cast" that I did not watch, and I think that would be interesting to watch, if I had the time.

Obviously, this workout has faith overtones. As a Christian, that was encouraging, but it's not like I can replace my morning devotional time with this workout. A Bible verse here and there (maybe two, max) are sprinkled in throughout the workout, and she mentions a faith-related word here and there (heaven, faith, etc.). I have a feeling that the faith aspect is introduced more in the book.

I would do this again - in fact, this is my second time doing this workout.
