Review of Leslie Sansone's "5 Mile Fat Burning Walk" DVD

Today I am reviewing the Leslie Sansone DVD, 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk (affiliate link).

I was working out with my daughters, and we elected to walk inside instead of walk outside. The weather outside was a little too cold for us! We did miles 1, 2, and 3 the first day, and miles 3, 4, and 5 the next day. The minute pace is at 12 minutes, which is faster than I run most of the time. I would think that the math is a little off there, but I choose not to examine it too closely, lest I get discouraged from walking!

These are Leslie's usual moves with some twists mixed in. For example, she has "boosted walking" (also known as jogging). And also, the whole workout moves at a faster pace. Doing the whole 5 miles is tiring to me, and my Fitbit (affiliate link) shows me walking about 7,600 steps (about 3.5 miles). I'm glad to get a jump start on my 10,000 steps for the day!

I would think that this DVD would be hard if you were new starting out. I remember using this a couple of years ago and feeling worn out from it! But I felt pretty good after doing this. I would definitely do this one again, and I plan on doing so. :)
