Review of Jessica Smith's "10 Minute Toning Walk" on YouTube

I found myself in need of a few more steps for my Fitbit (affiliate link) goal for the day, so I looked up a 10 minute walk on YouTube and started this one.

I did this in my smaller workout space, which has some room side to side but not in the front or the back. This did not make much difference except when there were some steps to the front then to the back, but I mostly kept going side to side. I'd rather do what I could than not be able to work out, right? This workout used light weights. There were a few points in the workout where you stopped walking to work with the weights, and although that didn't help with my Fitbit goal of 10,000 steps, I still enjoyed working on toning (mostly the arms, I believe).

I would definitely do this again - in fact, I believe I have done this one before. It is quick and easy!
