Review of "10-Minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout From @SparkPeople" on YouTube

I wanted to get a few more steps in towards my 10,000 steps today. I have not been hitting my 10,000 steps lately that I have planned to since I got my Fitbit Flex (affiliate link). So I looked up 10 minute kickboxing on YouTube and found this workout.

I have to admit that I did not hear everything that Coach Nicole said during the workout. As I sometimes do, I set up my iPad with my workout and watched something else on TV. I was trying to catch up on Downton Abbey. :) I loved the short length of this workout. I am more likely to get some workout time in if I say, "Just 10 minutes!" I had worked out in the morning, but just wanted a little bit more for the evening. I did only the 10 minutes, though. The workout included jumping jacks, punches (although not as many as I would have thought), and a sort of scissor/punching move. I did not do well with the scissor punching move so I chose to do my closest approximation.

I would do this again. I love the idea of fitting in 10 minute workouts here and there, especially on a busy day! It lifts my mood and helps me feel like I have accomplished something, even if it was only 10 minutes.
