Review of Leslie Sansone's "Belly Blasting Walk" DVD

This is another DVD from the stack of DVDs (and a few cassettes that I don't know why I'm keeping!) that I call on when I want to do a workout I already know and don't want to think about too hard.

The Leslie Sansone: Belly Blasting Walk (affiliate link) is somewhat like the Leslie Sansone workouts we have come to know and love (walk in place, sidesteps, kickbacks, walk up and back, etc.), but it also adds a few other steps. I noted that she also included squats, a jumping jack-type move, leg swings, punches, and twists. These are not incredibly difficult, but they are harder than her "easy mile" type walks, so it is worth mentioning.

She also includes 20 minutes worth of toning exercises. I did not do these today, but I believe I have done them in the past. I always appreciate when these are included on a DVD I would have bought anyway.

I would definitely do this one again. It is a good walking workout with a lot more variety than Leslie's usual walking workouts.
