Review of "10 Minute Abs and Core Workout Without Crunches | Class FitSugar"


Crunches - I don't hate them, but they are not my favorite. Maybe that's why "10 Minute Abs and Core Workout Without Crunches | Class FitSugar" caught my eye.


So obviously, there were no crunches. It also didn't use any equipment except a yoga mat (affiliate link). I would say that this workout was difficult, but doable. Modifications were offered for more challenging moves, but I felt that I could at least try some of the moves. I really wasn't able to do all of the bird dog moves, but I think I could if I practiced, over time. I think that's important - to feel like it is within reach and not feel totally discouraged by the workout you are doing. It was a great core workout that didn't last too long. The cueing was OK, even when the move takes you away from looking at the TV.

I would do this again, even if just to see if I can get all the moves done without modifications.
