Review: "10 Minute Solution: Fitness Ball Workouts" DVD

Hello, December! I love Christmas, so this is one of my favorite times of year! It's really good to stay on top of your exercise routine to help beat the inevitable stress that comes from being so busy this month.

I did 2 fitness ball workouts yesterday - one I didn't like too much because of my fitness level/clumsiness, and one I liked. Today, I'm reviewing the one I liked - 10 Minute Solution: Fitness Ball Workouts (affiliate link) DVD.

I have had this DVD for almost 2 years. I haven't done this one for a while, but I believe I have gone through all of the segments of the DVD, and I really like it. Today, I am reviewing the Lower Body Workout section of the DVD. It is 10 minutes long, naturally, and it is interesting and challenging.

The YouTube video I reviewed yesterday was challenging, and I felt like it was impossible for beginners (without being labeled such). This workout was challenging also, but it was better suited to beginners. The first part of the workout feels repetitive, but it gets you warmed up for the later moves. The second half of the workout felt like it moved quickly. Towards the end of the workout, my muscles were burning with the repetitions of the exercises! But I loved how I felt when I was done.

I would definitely do this again. I hope to add it to my regular rotation.
